The Role
As a Power Electronics Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-impact solutions. You will be responsible for owning core parts of our architecture, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about engineering excellence.
We are looking for individuals who can not only write clean, maintainable code but also mentor junior team members and contribute to our architectural roadmap. If you are excited about working in a fast-paced, agile environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience working as a Power Electronics Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
