The Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our on-site team in Berlin, Germany. This role comes with full visa sponsorship and relocation support to Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive data-informed decisions
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data exploration to production deployment
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stay current with the latest research in machine learning and AI
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience in data scientist or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python and related technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not required)
- Experience working in agile development teams with CI/CD practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, internationally diverse team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
