1. Our "Service First" Guarantee (No-Refund Policy)

However, you are completely protected by our Fulfillment Guarantee. If we fail to process your application or deliver the promised service due to technical issues, server downtime, or any other rare failure on our end, we will manually process and fulfill your service without any additional cost.
2. How Our Guarantee Protects You

Therefore, initiating a chargeback or dispute through Razorpay, your bank, or your credit card company is strictly prohibited. Any account that initiates a dispute will be instantly permanently banned from GermanyHub, and all pending applications to German institutions will be actively cancelled. 4. Rejections by Employers or Universities
We charge for the process of formatting and submitting your application. We have absolutely no control over the final decision made by German recruiters, admissions committees, or visa authorities.
A rejection from a company or university does not constitute grounds for a refund or a dispute. Our job is to give you the absolute best chance of success by ensuring your profile meets strict German standards, but the final decision rests with them.
5. Fraudulent Information
If our team discovers that you have submitted forged documents or false information, your application will be cancelled immediately without a refund or service fulfillment, and you will be banned from the platform.
