The Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our hybrid team in Munich, Germany. This role comes with full visa sponsorship and relocation support to Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive data-informed decisions
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data exploration to production deployment
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stay current with the latest research in machine learning and AI
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data scientist or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Spark, Python and related technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not required)
- Experience working in agile development teams with CI/CD practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, internationally diverse team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
