The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-impact solutions. You will be responsible for owning core parts of our architecture, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience working as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
