The Role
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join our on-site team in Stuttgart, Germany. This role comes with full visa sponsorship and relocation support to Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal developer platforms and tooling
- Design self-service infrastructure provisioning for development teams
- Implement observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and tracing
- Create and maintain standardized deployment templates and golden paths
- Drive platform adoption and provide technical support to product teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in platform engineer or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Go, Docker, GCP and related technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not required)
- Experience working in agile development teams with CI/CD practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, internationally diverse team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
