The Role

As a Power Electronics Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-impact solutions. You will be responsible for owning core parts of our architecture, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience working as a Power Electronics Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
