The Role
Join SAP's core development team as an ABAP Developer working on next-generation S/4HANA applications. Build custom ABAP programs, CDS views, and OData services to extend standard SAP functionality.
This position is open to international candidates. We provide full visa sponsorship, EU Blue Card support, and a comprehensive relocation package including flight reimbursement, temporary accommodation, and administrative assistance with German registration (Anmeldung) and bank account setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements.
- Build CDS views and OData services for Fiori applications.
- Implement BAdIs, user exits, and enhancement framework modifications.
- Debug and performance-tune existing ABAP code on HANA databases.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ABAP development experience.
- Strong knowledge of CDS views, AMDP, and OData V2/V4.
- Experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform / BTP.
- Fluent English; German not required.
