The Role
We are hiring an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our S/4HANA transformation team. You will configure and optimize Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules for enterprise clients across Germany and Europe.
This position is open to international candidates. We provide full visa sponsorship, EU Blue Card support, and a comprehensive relocation package including flight reimbursement, temporary accommodation, and administrative assistance with German registration (Anmeldung) and bank account setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and cost center accounting.
- Lead S/4HANA migration projects and perform data validation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct end-user training and create technical documentation.
- Provide Level 3 support for production SAP systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance.
- Experience with SAP BTP integration scenarios is a plus.
- SAP FICO Certification preferred.
- Fluent English (C1); German is NOT required.
