The Role
Support ESG disclosure and compliance efforts, preparing sustainability reports aligned with CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and GRI Standards.
This position is open to international candidates. We provide full visa sponsorship, EU Blue Card support, and a comprehensive relocation package including flight reimbursement, temporary accommodation, and administrative assistance with German registration (Anmeldung) and bank account setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ESG reports aligned with CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
- Collect and analyze sustainability data.
- Support TCFD and GRI reporting frameworks.
- Develop ESG dashboards.
- Coordinate with auditors for sustainability assurance.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A recognized Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a highly relevant field from an accredited institution. This formal education serves as the foundational bedrock for the advanced problem-solving required in this role.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of demonstrably successful, hands-on experience working as a Sustainability Reporting Analyst (ESG) (English Speaking & Visa Sponsorship) or in a closely related capacity. Your track record should highlight a history of successfully delivering high-impact projects and overcoming significant professional challenges.
- Technical & Domain Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in the core tools, technologies, and methodologies intrinsic to the Sustainability Reporting Analyst (ESG) (English Speaking & Visa Sponsorship) profession. You must possess a deep, nuanced understanding of industry best practices and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to highly complex, real-world scenarios.
- Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory, as it is our primary business language. While German is not strictly required for daily operations, a basic understanding (A1/A2 level) or a strong willingness to learn is highly advantageous for seamless social integration and long-term success in Germany.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Prowess: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to dissect multifaceted problems, analyze large datasets or complex systems, and synthesize clear, actionable, and innovative solutions.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a collaborative, respectful, and highly productive team environment.
