The Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our on-site team in Nuremberg, Germany. This role comes with full visa sponsorship and relocation support to Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions into production applications
- Build and fine-tune large language models and generative AI systems
- Design AI architecture and evaluate emerging AI technologies for business value
- Create robust evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for AI systems
- Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and safety
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in ai engineer or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Spark, Python and related technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not required)
- Experience working in agile development teams with CI/CD practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, internationally diverse team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
