The Role
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our fully remote team in Cologne, Germany. This role comes with full visa sponsorship and relocation support to Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy ML models at scale in production environments
- Build and optimize ML infrastructure including training pipelines and serving systems
- Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring and versioning
- Collaborate with research teams to productionize novel ML algorithms
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce computational costs
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineer or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure and related technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not required)
- Experience working in agile development teams with CI/CD practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, internationally diverse team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
