The Role
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our on-site team in Frankfurt, Germany. This role comes with full visa sponsorship and relocation support to Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies
- Write clean, well-tested, and performant production code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and ship new features
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineer or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Docker and related technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus but not required)
- Experience working in agile development teams with CI/CD practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, internationally diverse team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
